Brazilian Capoeira University

At Brazilian Capoeira University you will learn what it takes to learn the Martial Arts Capoeira from Brazil , as well as , Portuguese Classes, Full Music Classes , Fitness coaching and How to Build your Capoeira Business anywhere in the world.

This Course is a 5 years course and will set you up for success to build a better future for you and your family.

We understand that everyone's schedule is different  however, this is an intensive course of 

3  hours 5 days a week with a total monthly training time of 60 hours per month.

 What you would spend learning in a full calendar year, Brazilian Capoeira University will teach you the basics and the first Two capoeira years in 12 months training.

Basics of the portuguese language, the basic of the capoeira music and how to learn to play instruments too.

Now that you have been instructed to the basics of Capoeira history and the Portuguese language, you are now entering the most difficult part of your training where, learning to dominate the language and perfecting the acrobatic movements and all instruments , in order to play and sing in the Capoeira Roda with confidence and empowerment.

At Brazilian Capoeira, we believe that learning self defense should be a positive, empowering experience. Therefore, as part of your program that you have learned the language more efficiently and with more dominance of the capoeira movements and the confidence in singing capoeira music, you will also be trained to participate in Capoeira Tournaments throughout the US and the World.

In the Fourth Year at Brazilian Capoeira University , you are now entering the internship level blue/yellow 

( ESTAGIARIO ) the will last an entire year learning how to run the school, how to run a business, how to teach kids, teens and adults, you will get certifications as a fitness trainer, cpr/aed which is valid for Two years, you will have been required to visit other schools and learn more of the art in someone else's eyes and traveled to Brazil to experience the Capoeira at its roots of our school in Santos Sao Paulo and Bahia the birth place of Capoeira.

Upon Graduating on your 5th year at Brazilian Capoeira University and becoming a Formado Level 

( TEACHER )green/yellow/blue Cord , you are now capable and trained with  all the tools to open your own business , to run your school and ready to make your own capoeira disciples.
